But it's it's cooler than that certainly, but we got the best guy to talk about the Atlanta Hawks a fascinating team

This season and I also think going for going to hit on all of those aspects of the Hawks Brad Roland. How you doing man?

It's been sort of a fascinating season both for good and for ill for this Hawks team

So a lot to dig into and I appreciate you having me man. Oh, yeah, of course it always good to get into it with you on the Hawks

So where I wanted to start it with this team as we look back on it they were let me get in front of me here

20 and 47 at the beginning of the hiatus

What would your grade be for this Atlanta Hawks season compared to your expectation?

I will say for a bad team. This is actually harder than I thought it was gonna be to grade it

And I hadn't thought about this um, I'll land somewhere around C-range because on one hand

The stuff that actually matters for the future like the young guys and especially Troy young that was not a bad

necessarily

Outcome overall, but on the other hand the team

Saw the underperformed their Vegas over under and some of the baselines that you would look at and the roster building was kind of strange

So I think it has to be a below average mark

But I also am sort of conflicted because I guess the most important thing on the roster is Troy on making a leap

So that kind of brings it up a little bit. I'll still land slightly negative though around a C-range

Yeah, I think that that makes sense right because it you're really I mean, Tray really came on John Collins got suspended for

25 games that's that's probably gonna hurt your grade a little bit

But I thought that he played about as well as you could have hoped it once he actually

Was available again
