Today, I'm sitting down with Danielle Bernstein, the entrepreneur, designer, and influencer

behind We Were What.

Danielle started her blog as a street style concept when she was just a sophomore in college,

but soon after launched, turned the camera around and decided to feature her own style.

Her brand was an overnight sensation, and now has over 2.3 million followers on Instagram

and is a hugely influential voice in the fashion community.

In 2016, she made a pivot into product and launched her own brand, Second Skin Overalls,

as well as a number of swimwear collaborations, including one with Oniya Swim, which reportedly

sold $3 million in product on the first day alone.

She also just announced another line called Danielle Bernstein, which is size inclusive

and launching at Macy's.

But Danielle is also expanding her career beyond blogging, designing, and even fashion.

More recently, she added tech entrepreneur, advisor, and author to her resume.

She just launched Moe Assist, which is an organizational tool for influencers and entrepreneurs,

and she has a book coming out this spring.

Danielle's career is fascinating and cannot wait to share it all with you today.
