Today's episode is one that we do each and every year.

It is the conference call that I have with the media ahead of the combine.

We're just fielding a lot of different questions.

Draft related, it's a, it's one of the, it's actually one of my favorite days of the year because it really is like a kickoff of draft season

with all the different topics that get presented so we clip off a chunk of it for you here on the show and you know I encourage you to check out the combine.

It is right around the corner.

This is just a little primer for you.

So here's a portion of my media conference call.

Our first question comes from Nate Davis with USA Today.

Just going to ask, obviously we'll start with the quarterbacks.

Seems like Caleb is kind of the number one guy regardless of who might take him.

But just looking at the back of the past couple years, just kind of wanted to get your thoughts on maybe him versus the field kind of given particularly how last year played out and some others.

Yeah, no, it's a good question. This is, you know, it's a good quarterback draft. Hey, Caleb to me is a top guy and when you look at him specifically in his evaluation try and stack him up with guys from the past. I think just talent, if we're just looking at just pure talent you can put him up there

with really any of the guys we've had just in terms of you know arm strength

that athleticism the creativity he has the playmaking ability that he has now he's not as he's

clean or as polished as some guys we've had over the last few years obviously

Stroud was kind of ready-made and just came out there and hit the ground running. I think there's still, you know, some more growth and some cleaning up to do with Caleb's game.

But talent-wise, it's it's pretty special.
