So how would you get us started by telling us a little bit about yourself and what you do?

So I run the Center for Operational Excellence at OSU's Fisher College of Business.

We're an outreach organization at OSU. So while most of my colleagues are

busy educating students and doing research, we are looking outwards at industry. And so we engage with

about 30 member companies in Central Ohio, actually across Ohio. And we get them together for

benchmarking and programming. We do lots of events.

And it's all on the mission of problem solving and continuous improvement. So we learn from one another and compare notes. And in the last 16 months has been an especially good time to compare notes and to

learn from each other.

And we've been able to have lots of great events with speakers that have been really educational and you were one of them.
