| 0:27.7 | Let's talk about the dangerous of ultra-low fat diet. I'm talking about the diet that the fats make up only 15% of your total calories. The diet that I recommend has fat making up about 70% of your total |
| 0:36.6 | calories. Now, why is that? Because there's a lot of things in |
| 0:40.0 | fat that we need. Fat-cibel vitamins, essential fatty acids. Fats are needed to make structural parts |

| 0:55.5 | diet, your body can't make them. All right. Number one, you're going to get a decrease in the |
| 1:00.4 | fat, side of vitamins, vitamin A, D, E, and K. And the consequences of these deficiencies are very |
| 1:07.6 | vast. Vitamin A, immune system, vision at night, vitamin D, immune system, keeping viruses in check, |
| 1:16.9 | keeping your inflammation down, helping calcium be absorbed. Vitamin E essential for the heart |
| 1:22.6 | and for hormone health, vitamin K to help you stop bleeding. Also, vitamin K2, to transport calcium |

| 2:19.3 | Americans have already tried the low-fat, high-carb diet for years, and we know it just does not |
| 2:26.0 | work. All right, number six, you're never going to be satisfied. You're always going to be hungry. |
