It is Hair Metal Night. I am just so happy that production decided to basically just continue

the competition as is for the actual competitors, because if they were to do back-to-back

hair metal night and soul train night,

they would have been exhausted. And from what I saw from the opening number, though it wasn't like

a big professional number, it definitely hit the spot if you are a hair metal fan. I am, I'm not a fan

per se, but I definitely appreciate a good old electric guitarist.

And whoever was playing that electric guitar, I think he was from White Snake, he was rockin it.

And everyone just is in character. They're so excited to be there. But I can also feel the

energy. It's different when they're actually live, you know?

And I don't know, maybe it's just because we all know that Soul Train Night wasn't live.

It was pre-taped.

But it's scary because there's another double elimination.

But I have to say everyone feels energized.

They look great.
