I was in your restaurant about which I'd heard a ton and everyone said you know there's

this famous review that was written that says your pizzeria is the best pizza in New York and it's

in New Jersey and Phil Rosenthal a mutual friend brought me to the restaurant was like you got to have this you know he's the most enthusiastic guy in the world and I also trust him and he was like you got to come and I was like I don't want to go to Jersey City I got so much to do. He's I come to the restaurant.

So we go and have a great time

and I start talking to you and this rarely happens.

In the middle of this conversation,

I was like, oh, this guy got to be a guest on the show

because your story and the way you think about food and your

trajectory just is I think really inspiring and I mean you followed like a crazy dream.

Yeah.
