Hi, folks, this is Abel James, and thanks so much for listening to the Fat Burning Man Show, where we talk about real food and real results.

0:16.5

I'm coming to you on one of those exceedingly rare rainy days here in Austin, Texas.

0:21.7

Actually, I was supposed to see Adams for Peace at Austin City Limits this weekend, and it was

0:25.8

totally rained out, which was a bummer, but then I got to see some of the most epic

0:30.7

back-to-back comebacks in Boston sports history. So all is well here in Austin. Lots of

0:37.3

excitement going on. One quick thing,

0:39.6

I can't believe it, but we haven't really focused on the Facebook page all that much yet.

0:44.4

And so we're just coming up on 10,000 fans, which is awesome. It's a huge milestone. But to put

Fat burning chef, for those of you who have already purchased it, I'll be sending the new version,

1:23.9

the new expanded version with new recipes reformatted to you completely for free.

1:28.9

That's a special thanks for buying the previous version and helping support us there.

1:32.8

But basically what it is is a collaborative cookbook where we take some of the best cooks

1:38.1

in paleo and gluten-free and beyond and put all of their favorite recipes in one spot so that you guys can have it and

1:45.7

take it home. And what we're doing, so we've been making apps as well, which is cool. So it's,
