So what does this crisis look like?

This is happening in urban districts, rural districts,

everywhere. How do you describe the crisis? Yeah, well, there, you know, throughout the history of teaching in America, you know, there have been kind of an ebb and flow in terms of

having having a lot of teachers, not having enough teachers, but we are currently in a slide where the

demand exceeds the supply, at least in that demand exceeded the supply by around 100,000,

which is just a staggering number in itself, and then we hit hit COVID and it only got worse.

And so, yes, there's a demand for teachers across the board, K through 12 education.

That said, there are particular areas of need as well.
