guests in all of true crime and I've got an arrhythmia going on because I couldn't get connected to the old internet which is a problem these

days especially if you're trying to have a podcast so it's all on me and I apologize to the

guests and to SDS Nation and I'm going off of my hotspots so if we disappear

you'll know why but hopefully we won't. Of course it is the fifth week of this

trial day 22 to be specific and it is the trial as you all know by now, but I'd like to recap for new viewers of the so-called

Dunes Day mom. It is the wildly twisted story viewers of the so-called Doomsday Mom.

It is the wildly twisted story of a seemingly loving mother,

a self-proclaimed devout member of the Church of Jesus Christ

of Latter-day Saints who clearly veered way off course and became involved in the deaths of as many as five people, including her own children.

And today we've got the man in the vest, I love it, Dave Le Roy, he is a trial lawyer with five decades of experience.

He served as Ada County Prosecuting Attorney where this trial is going on and Idaho Attorney General and was also

lieutenant governor of Idaho so he's got quite the resume followed by Tara Malik with one of the nicer backdrops in the business.

I love the the foe ivy-ish look going on.

She is an Idaho licensed attorney practicing in state and federal court in business and

commercial litigation and she has experience in both civil and criminal law and

then of course Josh Ritter a friend of the show named the 2015

Outstanding Prosecutor of the Year by the Association of Deputy District

Attorneys he is a partner at El Dabe Ritter Trial Lawyers,

and he hosts True Crime Daily, this sidebar.
