0:17.0	For some, the Christian life has been reduced to a one day a week church service experience,
0:22.6	and yet God, in His Word, teaches us that we are to walk with Him daily.
0:26.6	Today we look to God's Word to discover simple Bible principles on the wall prominently placed behind the pastor.
0:56.2	I saw it every meeting.
0:58.4	It simply came from Acts 5, verse 42, and it said these words.
1:03.5	And daily in the temple, and in every house, they ceased not to teach and preach Jesus Christ.
1:11.9	That's a powerful verse.
1:14.0	It's found, of course, in the book of action, the book of Acts,
1:16.9	where the church is advancing in the power of the Holy Spirit.
1:20.7	And one of the great secrets to the advancement of the gospel
1:23.7	and the glorifying of God and the building of the church
1:27.1	was found in this word daily,
1:30.5	daily in the temple and in every house. They ceased not to teach and preach Jesus Christ. This witness
1:37.1	was not reserved for one day a week or for one location. It happened everywhere. It happened
1:43.2	all the time. And so we discover one of the
1:46.2	truly great secrets of the daily Christian life, and that is the daily witness. If you're not
1:51.7	careful, you can start thinking of your daily Christian life selfishly, like it's all about you.
1:56.8	It's about receiving and taking in. But in fact, it's about relaying and giving to someone else.
2:03.9	We say that every day is a gift, and indeed every day is a gift.
2:07.3	But not only is it a gift from God, for a discerning Christian, it's also a gift to God.
2:13.4	The Lord grants us breath and health and strength.
