Now, I don't think, for the record, I don't think that what the apostle is saying is there's strange teachings going around.

That if you eat vegetables, it'll be good for your digestion.

God's bogus.

It is good for the heart to be strengthened by grace. I don't think that's what he's saying. So I don't think he's knocking health. Which, to be honest, I mean, if I was just going to lean into my personal bias, then I would love to use verse 9 as an example, you know, as a platform to, you know, to make fun of vegans and, you know, and all those kinds of things, which I think that's a perfect example where that, that tone of Christ, mockery,

vegans are a great who to fill in the, you know, kind of joking, kind of not. But all that being

said, the point is, I don't think what the apostles is getting at is that health isn't a thing

in the mind of God. Think of what the apostle Paul says elsewhere. He says that physical training is of some value,

but spiritual training is of infinite value. Have you ever heard the expression, moderation is for cowards? Right. That's the tattoo that you get

when you're 20. It's just, it sounds great, but it's, it's wrong. Right? That's foolish.

Moderation is for count.
