that we are in, which is fall heading into winter. I know that these little mundane things, these daily habits are something that

has had such a large impact on my life. And I feel like it really is the little things that can

impact how we show up, how we feel mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually, how we view

ourselves, how we see ourselves within the

world that we are living in our career, maybe in school, in our social circles, in our communities.

And I know it's just habits, but I really do think our habits make up who we are as people.

They are the things that we do the most, the most repetitively. And so I do really

think that they play an important role in our life. And it's probably the number one thing that I am

asked is how do I achieve XYZ? How do I find motivation to work out? How do I achieve my goals? Blah, blah, blah,

et cetera. And it comes down to your habits and your why and what you're doing every single day.

So I'm going to be discussing my daily self-care habits that truly stick and dividing them into
