Delightful. In the flesh. In the flesh. And as I shook hands with Rob, Rob was like, yeah, we can shake yeah we can shake hands again well remember they said we're never going to shake hands yes I said even then I knew you got you have

you have that human touch thing it's what it's all about I still have I still have calluses on my knuckles

from all the fist bump it does take its toll out You look like a professional prize fighter after a while.

How good does it feel to be touring, playing,

front of the fans, meeting everybody again?

Maybe that's the silver lining of this whole.

We have a song called Silver Lining in it.

You kept hearing that during COVID.

There's a silver lining.

And the silver lining is once we got back and the

fans got back, well, you know, and everyone was outside and, quote, normal again. Wow. I mean, it was a

real rush. It was four years since we've toured. 2018 was the last official one. And it felt great.

It's funny how many artists that had tours that were truncated, they were stopped in the middle, and then they're following through and continuing on with it. And if there is that, quote-unquote, silver lining, you know, an appreciation of what it means to be in each other's company and seeing each other's faces and the importance of a hug. And all of that stuff is now, you know, and your music by its nature tends to celebrate, you know, the human condition.

So it could not be better.

So it's awesome.

Yeah.

We were like sailors who'd been at sea for two years and this is our first shore leave.
