I noticed a couple of things in the weekend that I thought might be worth bringing up to you on this fine cold Monday morning.

I did before I do my official noticing.

It's freaking windy out, man.

The notice is already pre-noticed that it's windy and cold and the

notice is right and tomorrow's going to be even colder more cold the notice who notices that tomorrow's

temperature is even lower than today that's right a high of 29 yeah 24 24 the notice corrected me

from my misnoticing.

And I noticed it'll be nice to snuggle up in bed.

And that's what made me think of this story.

So do you guys, and does anybody here, and I doubt you do, sleep with your arms above your head?

Well, I mean what you mean by that. I do, because I sleep on my stomach and my hands are like this.

Okay.

So Casey laying essentially like if they tell you, if the police tell you to get on the ground face down, that's how Casey sleeps, I guess.

So that would be arms above the head, yes.

Yeah, I assume most stomach sleepers would probably be more inclined to do that because if you're

sleeping in bed like you're about to be shot with your hands up on your back, that seems kind of weird,

right? I guess some people do. Some people do. So, but if you sleep with your heads, hands above your

head, your arms above your head, you're in the minority. A 2017 study found that what they call starfish

sleepers. Starfish sleepers. Are those who... Starfish! Actually, Casey, this is those who lie on their

back with their arms near their head or pillow make up only 7% of the population. So if your arms are
