An 82-year-old woman was killed Thursday evening in a hit and run crash in the Somerton section of the city. The crash happened at 6 o'clock at Hendrick Street near Bustleton Avenue. Investigators say the 82-year-old woman was hit possibly by a black jeep that left the scene or they're saying maybe a dark-colored jeep. She was carrying a roller bag at the time of the crash. Roads around the area were shut down while authorities investigated.
