| 1:18.7 | house fire that claimed the life of one person early Sunday morning. |
| 1:21.8 | The fire began just after midnight in the 600 block of Sharon Avenue and Darby Township, Delaware County. |

| 1:27.7 | records, 30-year-old Aaron Clark is facing a long list of charges including murder and arson. Police |
| 1:32.8 | believe Clark did this in retaliation for his girlfriend ending their relationship. 20-year-old |
| 1:37.4 | Olivia Drasher, who had cerebral palsy, was trapped when Clark allegedly set fire. She did not make it |
| 1:42.9 | out of the home alive. According to a GoFundMe page, Drashers' mother, who is a Philadelphia police officer and Drashers' twin, who were able to escape unharmed. Dressor's nurse escaped with injuries, her older sister was not home at the time of the fire. According to sources, investigators believe that Drasher's older sister ended a relationship with Clark. |
