Good morning in the news this morning. Police with guns drawn surrounding homes and businesses on Tuesday along a busy

White Marsh Township thoroughfare after bodies of an elderly husband and wife were found on

the property.

Sources say a male carrier discovered the bodies on Bethlehem Pike near Mather's Lane at about

11 a.m. A woman who sources say was in her 80s was faced down on the ground in the

side yard while her husband was found dead near bushes

on the property. Police say the woman was partially undressed.

Sources described the crime scene as bloody, though police have not revealed how the couple died.

This is brutal.

I'm wondering why, you know, they would bring out SWAT and all that.

I saw them interviewing some of the neighbors and so they had to have been.

They didn't know at first.

Yeah.

We actually got a call through the school district because they said there was no threat.

You know, they later determined that there wasn't anybody in the area that they were worried about.

But that, you know, I guess because of the police activity, some of the schools had indoor recess.

And that's on Bethlehem Pike.

That's a major thorough.
