Well, Preston.

95 Southbound, this is a mess. This is between the Blue Route and 320 Edgemont. There is a disabled track trailer. That's in the right lane. And then there is late clearing construction. That's in the right lane. So 95 south between the Blue Route and 320 is very, very slow. Northbound on 95, this is right before Academy, the vehicle has been cleared. So that is getting better. and then in New Jersey, Route 55 northbound, north of DeFord, up to 42, that is slowing just because of your normal morning traffic. There has been a major break in what's been known as the boy in the box cold case.

Philadelphia police sources say that they have identified the child known as the boy in the box.
