Good morning in the news this morning.

A teenage girl is under arrest after a man was found dead tied up to his bed inside of a home in the Fox Chase section of Philadelphia earlier this week.

The discovery was made on Tuesday at 3 a.m. at a home in the 8400 block of Algon Avenue.

Police found the victim who friends identified as Al Chernoff, partially tied to a bed with a massive head wound and slashes to his chest.

Sources say that he was attacked by a two by four board with nails and was pronounced dead

at the scene. On Wednesday, the 14-year-old suspect was seen on video released by police wearing

a black jacket, long-sleeved pink top, red sweatpants, and white shoes walking around

Chernoff's home.

Sources confirmed that the team was with her attorney on Thursday night when she surrendered to police in connection with his death.

I did a double take when I caught the headline of this story.

Just to make sure that I heard things correctly that a 14-year-old girl being arrested.

Now, obviously, it's under investigation.

It could mean anything.

But you're talking

about a 60-year-old Army veteran tied to a bed and a 14-year-old being arrested. That sounds, there's

going to be a lot of details that need to be hashed out for this. Yeah, as we were saying earlier,

though, Preston in the office is like this is none of this. I mean, it's horrible from the

beginning, and now it's horrible from the beginning and now

it's becoming even more horrible. And more convoluting. Yeah. She has not been formally charged.
