Good morning in the news this morning, the New Jersey couple and a homeless veteran at the center of the long-running $400,000 go-fund me controversy has been charged with conspiracy and theft by deception for an alleged scheme that hook winked an awful lot of people, according to authorities.

They said yesterday.

Yeah, that's what that's what the prosecutor said.

GoFundMe said immediately after charges were filed that all 14,000 donors to the campaign that donated to the campaign last year would be refunded in full.

So GoFundMe is refunding all of this money.

We talk about this.

This is critical to GoFundMe's business because if people can't donate and not feel that they're covered, this is in their best interest.

That's why they immediately stepped up and offered to when we thought they were taking advantage of Bobbitt.

They were going to give him the money.

So this is, I mean, they're fumbling to make sure they get everyone taken care of because this is everything for them.

Johnny Bobbitt Jr. and the South Jersey couple, Kate McClure and Mark Demico, are all facing criminal charges of conspiracy and theft

by deception for the GoFundMe campaign that began in 2017, about a year from now.
