Good morning. In the news this morning, New Jersey State Police have arrested a 65-year-old woman after they say dozens of dogs were found dead in freezers and more than a hundred more living in filth inside her home.

65-year-old Donna Roberts of Shemong Township is now facing charges for allegedly keeping all of the animals in deplorable and inhumane conditions in and around the house on Oak Shade Road.

Detectives responded to Roberts' residence to assist the Burlington County Health Department

with an inspection on Tuesday.

When they arrived, they observed evidence of animal cruelty inflicted upon various breeds

of dogs on the property.

The odor of animal feces and ammonia was said to permeate the inside of the residence,

which caused several of the responders to experience dizziness and nausea.

Detectives discovered 161 dogs inside the squalor, as well as 44 deceased dogs that were packaged in plastic bags and stored in freezers throughout the residence.

Yeah.

I, you know what, I need to see a picture of this house, just the outside of it to say, like, how do people, you know what I mean? Are there people like right next door that know, oh, yeah, it's just a hundred dogs next door making noise, you know what I mean? Exactly. How do you have? We assume this is a slightly rural home? Or is it a row home? How the hell do you live? You'd have to be in a remote location. You're 160 dogs? And that's different than cats. I mean, you hear this story a lot with cats. You could hide that. They're not that loud. But all these dogs. Bumpus only had seven. But I mean, all these dogs, had seven yeah i mean all these dogs like they make

noise they bark they you know and this is a case kathy a hoarder who is trying to do good and then starts

to just fall off that well you know what precipice and and you get a situation like this that's kind

of what i was thinking i'm like you know what but why package them up and put them in the freezer? But then I thought about it if it's just her. Like when my cat died, Dennis had a hard time digging that hole to bury the cat. So I'm like, she couldn't have done that. Well, that ends like Steve said, this may be a hoarder and they have trouble letting anything go. Paper go. Exactly. Even dead animals. Exactly. That may be the case. I don't know. This person's got a problem, obviously. And they said in and around. So my guess is that, yes, there were some of the dogs outside. And maybe that's why authorities went because, you know, neighbors called. And by the way, they're going to check these dogs out and they're going to go into the system. So you may want to consider in a little bit if you've ever wanted a dog adopting a dog. You might want to check into that. It's a wonderful thing to do. Kathy, where was it again?
