You guys remember this happened earlier this summer? Thought they got the guy. They did get the guy. The warning comes in the middle of the investigation into a series of mysterious explosions earlier this year. Bucks County, D.A. Matt Wynetraub said the warning comes in light of some developments in the ongoing investigation and he is urging residents to be cautious. Basically, they think that this guy planted more and they're still out there. Wow. Wine Trubb said it's possible. The devices look like others were covered in the case and could still be out there.
