Good morning in the news this morning. Philadelphia police have arrested him in.

They say tried to grab an 11-year-old while she was walking with her mother on Monday. The suspect may also be tied to some

other cases. It happened in the 1400 block of Cottonman Avenue at about 630. According to police,

the 42-year-old suspect and his teenage son were walking past the girl and her mother near the

Jardell Recreation Center when he attempted to grab the girl.

So the four people there crossed past, the 42-year-old male reached back and attempted to grab the 11-year-old female.

He didn't know who she was, Philadelphia Chief Inspector Scott Small says.

Moments after the incident, the mother told the girl to run inside the rec center where she goes for dance classes.

Police were called and given a description of the man who were they were able to locate

walking in the 7500 block of Whitaker Avenue. Small said that the man appeared to be acting

irrational and bizarre. Police say the incident was captured by a surveillance camera outside

the rec center. The incident comes on the heels of a rash of attempted lorings in the city and suburbs. Police say they take this very seriously. They are also

checking to see if this is connected in any way to the attempted lorings or attempted

kidnapping cases. The suspect is well known to police and was wanted on an outstanding warrant

unrelated to this incident. It's a nightmare. The mother of several victims killed in that SUV that crashed into the Delaware Canal on

Sunday said that the family was on their way to a football game at the time.

The vehicle went into the Chesapeake near the Delaware Canal Sunday morning.

Three of the victims were brothers while the fourth was a cousin.

Those killed included the driver of the SUV, 18-year-old Willis Lindsay, his brother, 16-year-old Kyrie Lindsay, 12-year-old cousin Eric Lindsay, and 6-year-old Ethan Lindsay, who was also the brother of the driver, is presumed to have died a recovery effort for his body continues. Brandy Lindsay, the mother of those three boys, said that her 18-year-old son, Willis, was driving the SUV behind her car on their way to the 10-year-old's football game. She says that they followed GPS directions and had to make some loops and turns. She then realized that her son wasn't behind her anymore, so she turned around. She said she saw nothing but a cloud of dust and his girlfriend sitting on the rocks. Willis Lindsay was able to get his girlfriend to shore. Then he went back for
