In the news this morning, family and friends close to well-known Philadelphia DJ, John Herschok, are praying for a miracle.

Hershawk was leaving Tango Nightclub on Appletree Street near Chinatown on Wednesday morning when he was shot in the alleyway.

Investigators say they're still interviewing witnesses and have seen significant movement in the case.

Police said that they've gotten a lot of tips and they have been following up on all of the leads.

Authorities in Philadelphia impounded dozens of ATVs and dirt bikes Thursday as part of a two-day crackdown to rid the streets of the unlawful vehicles.

Police helicopters were used to locate the dirt bikes and ATVs, then alert officers on the ground to their locations. Police waited for the drivers to park or stop for food and fuel, then moved in to confiscate the illegal vehicles. There you go. The effort yielded trailers full of ATVs and dirt bikes. The riders were also issued tickets up to $2,000.

Fox 29 reported that some of the vehicles had the VIN number scratched off, leading police

to suspect that the vehicles were stolen. It's unknown at this time exactly how many vehicles

was recorded kicking in a driver's windshield during an argument in Center City.
