Good morning in the news this morning. At least four cases of child loring in Delaware County have been confirmed.

Police are looking for a suspect, approximately 55 years old, in the Ardmore section of Haverford

Township. Last week, he allegedly drove around in his SUV trying to abduct an eight-year-old

girl after school. Police say last Wednesday the girl left school after dismissal from Cardinal

Foley Elementary. She was walking home, and the suspect reportedly pulled up to the girl right at the intersection of Overbrook Terrace in West Hathaway Lane. According to police, he asked the girl if she needed a ride. That's when she ran to a neighbor's house for help. The suspect then drove off. Police confirmed three more recent cases of men approaching or trying to lure children in Delaware County. Upper Derby police say two different incidents happened in the area of Township Line Road in

Burmont, Township Line and Burmont Roads. Radner Police confirm a case on Sunday morning at a park

in Wayne. Police have the suspect wanted for the case in Ardmore was driving a light-colored,

possibly a white Lexis SUV. Radner Police say that suspectdmore was driving a light-colored, possibly a white Lexus

SUV. Radner police say that suspect. And Wayne was driving a white Jeep Cherokee and in

upper Derby. One suspect was in a black sedan. The other was in a dark van with white pinstripes.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police immediately.

Do you guys, I assume you guys have always had that talk with the kids about, you know, people. Yeah. And yeah, I used to, yeah, it's something you always have to, I'm sure, reintroduce them to, right? Yeah, just to, like, remind them, right, right, you know, that you can't go with somebody and what to do if, you know, somebody tries to get you. I just had the conversation this weekend, actually, not even knowing that this had happened.

It just kind of came up. Probably wise to brush up on it. Yeah, we talked about it.

Two Philadelphia schools will be closed for at least two days because of asbestos. Officials say

Benjamin Franklin High School and Science Leadership Academy, which share a campus in Spring Garden will be closed.

Tuesday, October 1st and Wednesday, October 2nd.

The School District of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Federation of Teachers will meet regularly to review the progress and determine the status of reopening on Thursday, October 3rd.

The issues were identified during a recent environmental safety walkthrough.
