I got this email, and this is a solicitation of advice.

It says it's from Melissa Murphy, and she said that she's, I've lived in Key West for the last seven years now, still religiously, podcast every day,

but I need some Philly assistance

as medical anything here is non-existent.

She says, I need Dr. Mike's advice.

You've trained me to trust no one else.

She said, I'm a baker and a cook

who has lost her sense of smell and taste.

Should I put the call out?

This S blows.

The medical staff here is a joke at best, and I need real help.

Even if it sparks a conversation so I can learn how people adapt.

I don't know how long this will last.

I can't smell a gas leak, fire, spoiled meat, even alcohol.
