Good morning in the news this morning. The Atlantic City Police Department arrested four men,

including a Pennsylvania police officer on charges of attempted child loring. On July 22nd, police say the men were

caught after an operation was carried out by a concerned citizen group affiliated with the Colorado

Petrol, whose members pose as underage children on social media sites. The four arrested were

51-year-old Jose Machuca of Hyattsville, Maryland, 26-year-old Samba Tremiani

Ramasun of Atlantic City, 49-year-old Eugene Pully of Philadelphia, and 54-year-old Clifford Horn of

Chalfant. Horn worked as a corporal with the Central Bucks Regional Police Department.

The Citizens Group says the man identified as Horn went on the grinder app to arrange a meeting

with the underage child for a quick sex act.

He allegedly sent a picture of himself in his underwear and arranged to meet with a 14-year-old

boy.

The Central Bucks Regional Police Department declined to comment on the case.

The Bucks County District Attorney's Office said it assigned personnel to assist New Jersey authorities with the investigation.

All of the four suspects have been released and will appear in court in the near future.

Thomas Fellows, who has helped Atlantic City Police and other departments across the country with similar cases,

says he founded Colorado Ped Patrol almost five months ago.

My brother-in-law molested my son seven years ago, so that's the reason I do this today, fellow said. So far, his efforts have led to 40 arrests of this type across the country. I don't know if I could, I mean that, to immerse yourself in that world and do really good work trying to catch these people, but imagine that's your, that's your nine to five living in that world. In that world. I know somebody who did that for a while. And it's hard to do. He said it was harder than counterterrorism, literally dealing with the worst people in the world. And this was worse. And you know what? Thankfully, there are people like this who can do it. Yes. And do it as their jobs.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents detained five stowaways at the Penn terminals in Eddystone on Monday afternoon.

The men were taken off of the container ship called the AS Petra, sailing under the Liberian flag.
