I'll be handling the news duties.

We are going to start with the weather forecast.

This nice weather, as I said that we have, is because a line of severe thunderstorms came through yesterday.

Uprooted trees, dropped large hail, and left thousands of Delaware Valley residents in the dark.

Some of the worst damage was found in East Norton, Montgomery County, in the parking lot of a wise grocery store.

Construction material from that building was going up next to the grocery store

located on West Germantown Pike and was scattered everywhere.

Uprooted trees were reported to have fallen on cars, damaged property.

There are people posting photos of large hailstones that have fallen in areas.

So how did your area get hit?

I was on the road when this came through.

I was driving up from Delaware County and then headed up.

And right as I was getting to about the Schuylkill Expressway, it started getting bad.

And it started, I started seeing the leaves on the tree started turning over.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

When you start to see that, you know, okay, it's getting pretty hairy.

It was really dark.

I could feel something big coming.
