Good morning. In the news this morning, a Chick-fil-A employee was shot by a food delivery driver in Philadelphia's Crescentville section Monday night, according to police. It happened just after 8 p.m. on the 800 block of Adams Street. According to Chief Inspector Scott Small, the shooting was apparently over a missing milkshake. The driver of the delivery vehicle got into an argument because he believed he was supposed to receive more food for the delivery. And that turned out, that turned into an argument, Small said. So that's something you pull a gun over? Pull a gun. Shot him. Yeah. Authority said employees. How good was the milkshake? I mean, it's true. So pretty good. Yeah, good. They've been bringing back this peach milkshake that I find is pretty amazing. So yeah. Well, but he was a delivery just. I know, it's crazy. It's insane. Yes. It wasn't, but I'm saying it wasn't even his. It was a customer. Right? Yeah. But 40 levels of insanity to this story. But I guess, and maybe this is not a justification, but maybe this was the trigger for this guy, pardon the pun. Yeah. But as he being the delivery person, he's got to be, he's the person that's going to be facing the customer and gets tips and blah, blah, blah. And maybe he's just got a crazy. He cares so much about the integrity of the order he's willing to shoot someone. No, no, but maybe he's got a crazy temper.

Yeah, yeah.

He just didn't want to deal with the fact that he didn't get the full order because he's going to face it because he's the guy that takes the delivery to the person. I don't think the people ever got their order. Right. Yeah, it's horrible. Authority said employees agreed to make the missing milkshake, but a 17-year-old worker was shot in the leg at some point during the altercation.

Small said that the worker was shot outside of the Chick-fil-A, which only takes online orders.

The delivery driver was able to get away. Not long after, police say they recovered the suspect's

white Mercedes in an alley in Juniata two miles from the shooting scene.

Anyone with information about the driver's whereabouts is asked to call police at 215-686 tips.

Radner Township passed a controversial ordinance on Monday evening to protect abortion if the Supreme Court does overturn Roe v. Wade later this year.

In a 4-3 vote, the commissioners ruled that Radner Township is declining

participation in any abortion ban and keeping reproductive rights intact as the law currently stands.

The ordinance says that no police officer or official can conduct any investigation, make any

arrest, file any criminal charges, or work with any other agency to prosecute an individual

who facilitates, provides,

or receives abortion services during the first six months of pregnancy. Those against the ordinance

argue it sets a dangerous precedent if police are stripped of their abilities to uphold the oath.
