In the news this morning, Philadelphia police are investigating a fatal shooting of a 21-year-old man in the city's Port Richmond section. The incident was reported Saturday at about 1130 in the evening during a large dirt bike and motorcycle gathering near the intersection of Aramingo and Butler.

Police say they were responding to a call of a person with a gun. According to authorities, a 21-year-old man was riding his dirt bike when another man

on a motorcycle shot him in the head. The shooter then fled the scene officials say the suspect was

wearing a dark hoodie and a face mask. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say the

victim was at the location to view the illegal car racing. Someone filmed the shooting and posted it

online. Authorities confirm a second man stole the

victim's dirt bike and also fled the area. So far, no arrests have been made at this time.

A contractor was taking down a wall of an abandoned home when he said a kitten fell out. He figured

there might be more, so he took a closer look. Over the course of eight hours, he found a total

cats and seven kittens. The animals were covered in their own filth, and unfortunately one kitten

did not survive. He took the cats in two crates to the Philadelphia's animal care and control team.
