Steve sent me a picture this morning of a Reddit thread, and it all started from a picture of a receipt from CVS for a $4 bill.

$4 purchase.

So $4 purchase. $4 purchase.

And Kathy, the receipt is like six feet long.

Oh, yes, they have the longest receipts at CVS.

You know, I think there's coupons at the end of it.

They always print out coupons.

Yeah.

Yeah.

And it's just, it's obnoxious.

I hate receipts.

My wife collects receipts for everything. Buy a pack of gum keeps a receipt. Whatever. For what? We might need the proof-up by whatever. And there have been occasions where it has been a good thing. And then, yeah, and you're like, yes, that's why I keep them. Totally. For the one time. I'll just, if I see receipts laying around and she's not around,

I'll take a fistful of them and I just throw them right. It's garbage. It's garbage.

Anything that you're going to need to contend or contest, I should say, you can do at the credit

card level. If you, you're right? Well, yeah, but that's not always... So the reason I keep receipts, and I used to keep them like that, too.

Preston, I don't anymore, but it is for my returns. Casey's looking at his receipts right now. Yeah. What are you looking at? A lot of ATN receipts, but this one is for... There's a couple of days. You know, I collect these receipts when I buy things for work, and I never expensed them.

Yeah.

Me too.

If anybody wants to expense $44 worth of stuff that I got for Alex

from Fox. Alex, oh, for the, yeah, Valentine's Day gift. I spent more on her than I did my own

wife. Well, it's kind of worth it. Yeah. Yeah, Kathy, I'm the same way. I would keep them all for tax purposes, but I use my credit card. I use one credit card almost exclusively for everything now. Yeah. And I get an annual report of how I spend the money, where I spend it. And it's a city card. And so it eliminates receipts. And my New Year's resolution this year, bring home fewer paper receipts.
