Good morning. In the news this morning, Pennsylvania's primary election polls open this morning at 7 a.m.

And we'll close at 8 p.m.

It's always such an exciting day.

I didn't even know. Democratic Governor Tom Wolfe is running for a second term and is uncontested

on the Republican ballot for the nomination to challenge him in November.

In November's election are three people.

Scott Wagner, a state senator from New York County, who has made millions in a waste hauling industry.

Paul Mango, a former health care systems consultant and Laura Ellsworth, a commercial litigation attorney and former chairwoman of the Greater Pittsburgh Chamber of Commerce.

I got to admit, leading up to all this, we're seeing the signs around town like Mango.

And I'm like, is that character popular again? From Saturday, my life, is that, it's like,

church lady? If only we had a politician, it was that character. That's playing boy. Oh, my God.

That'd be awesome. Both Mango and Ellsworth are first-time candidates from suburban Pittsburgh.

Wagner is the party's endorsed candidate.

Lieutenant Governor Mike Stack is fighting for another term in office after a first term in which he had a chilly relationship with Democratic Governor Tom Wolfe.

Wolf last year ordered an investigation into the treatment of state employees, including state police troopers by Stack and his wife and stripped stack of state police protection.

Stack later said his wife entered a residential treatment facility for a mental health issue.

Stack, a former Philadelphia State Senator, has four Democratic challengers, and there are four

Republicans also running in the primary.
