Sunday, Temple University president identified the victim as 21-year-old Daniel Dugnum, a third-year

business student from Northampton County. The student was found dead just before 10 o'clock Saturday

in his off-campus apartment in the 1700 block of

Diamond Street. Police say that he was shot at least three times, and they don't believe that it was a

random act. Temple University will enhance patrols in the area surrounding the campus as the investigation

More than 100 cats have been removed from a Montgomery County garage.

Headboro Police received a call on Friday about a strange odor coming from a building on the unblock of Byberry Road.

Officers returned Saturday with a search warrant on Sunday. They removed

114 cats with the help of the Montgomery County SPCA. They returned to the scene and used a heat
