Good morning. In the news this morning, jurors at Bill Cosby's sexual assault retrial

will begin day two of deliberations this morning.

The Montgomery County jury worked for more than 10 hours yesterday before calling it a night late Wednesday.

Judge Stephen O'Neill told them, your mind is done, you're exhausted.

Before heading back to their hotel, the panel of seven men and five women had Cosby's old deposition testimony read back to them.

The 80-year-old comedian gave a deposition more than a decade ago as part of accuser Andrea Constan's civil suit against him.

He testified that he gave quailudes to women that he wanted to have sex with back in the 1970s.

He also testified about his encounter with Constan.

Now, the jury asked to rehear testimony from Star Witness, Marguerite Jackson,

a former Temple University colleague of Constance.

Jackson testified that Constan told her she could fabricate sexual assault allegations

and get that money from a lawsuit, all string Cosby's efforts to show Constan made up the

allegations against him to extort a big civil settlement.

So apparently they'll continue to rehear some of this morning.

The jury also asked the judge for the definition of consent.

He said that they needed to decide what that meant to them.

Cosby is accused of drugging and molesting Constan in 2004.

He says it was consensual.

It's weird how these things operate and how the protocol dictates what the jury can consider and not consider.
