Good morning. In the news this morning, a caretaker is facing charges after police found a blind man with special needs living in deplorable conditions in a trailer in Philadelphia's Frankfurt section.

Police were called to the 4,700 block of James Street about 8 o'clock last night.

Arriving officers discovered the 50-year-old man in the back of the trailer behind the property.

It was that bad. I mean, obviously, they had heard something and they ran out immediately. The son was playing on PlayStation or, you know, a video game. And they, yeah, they ran out of the house. They didn't, until they turned around and saw what was there. They didn't realize it was that bad. The home is right next door to the 17th police station, the 17th
