In the news this morning, two people were injured when intense flames burned through a house in Richardson Park, Newcastle County, early Thursday. The fire broke out at about 1.30 in the morning on the unit block of West Summit Avenue, just south of Maryland Avenue. Raging flames consume the home and a handicap ramp leading to the front of the home. One of the residents inside ran across the street to a nearby firehouse while the other resident, a 51-year-old
