Good morning in the news this morning.

Norristown is expected to be the center of attention today with opening statements in Bill Cosby's sexual assault retrial set for Monday. Prosecutors have lined up a parade of accusers to make the case

that the man revered as America's dad lived a double life as one of Hollywood's biggest predators.

Cosby's retrial likely won't be anything like the first one. He's fighting back with a new

high-profile lawyer and an aggressive strategy attacking Andrea Constan as a greedy liar and casting the other women testifying as bandwagon accusers looking for a share of the spotlight. The defense filed a motion late Friday to have one of the jurors removed from the case. A woman who was in the pool of people interviewed but not chosen said that she heard juror number 11 say something along the lines

of I think he's guilty so let's get this over with juror number 11 is a white male in his 20s

if he's removed an alternate a black man in his 40s will take his place cosby's first trial last

spring ended in a cliffhanger with jurors unable to reach a unanimous verdict after five days of tense

deliberations the 80-year-old comedian who has said

the sexual contact was consensuals faces three counts of aggravated indecent assault, each punishable by up to 10

years in prison. His retrial is taking place in a radically changed and potentially more hostile

environment. The Me Too movement caught fire four months after his first trial

raising awareness of sexual misconduct nearly every potential juror question for the

case this time knew about the Me Too any guesses to how you think this one's gonna

play out God who knows I don't know no no he is being aggressive though I mean the

the his legal defense team is being much more aggressive he shut up to court
