Let's begin.

Two teenagers, including a 14-year-old.

We're among five people killed in Philadelphia

over the weekend. Police said that there were a total of seven people shot over an eight-hour span

from Saturday night into Sunday morning. 14-year-old male was shot twice in the chest around 8.26

p.m. Saturday in the 6,000 block of Haddington Lane

and Overbrook. He was taken to a Lankinale Hospital where he was pronounced dead about an hour later.

Two men were shot and killed on the 6,000 block of Sandsom Street. Just a few minutes later,

the victims, a 33-year-old man and a 24-year-old man were both shot multiple times.

And a 19-year-old man was shot and killed in the 3,700 block of North Carlisle Street in the Tioga Nishtown X section around 9.20 p.m. Saturday.

He was taking the Temple University Hospital and was pronounced dead.

And then early Sunday morning, police say a man in his 30s died after he was shot eight times.

That happened around 4 a.m. at the intersection of West Huntington and West Cumberland Street.

Meanwhile, a mother is recovering after she was shot by her six-year-old child around 11 p.m. on Saturday in the city's

only section. Police said the child found the weapon outside, brought it into the home. And in

another non-fatal shooting on Saturday, police say an 18-year-old man is recovering after he was shot

multiple times around 1135 p.m. on the 1100 block of West Vanango Street.

Officers are still searching for several suspects in connection with these incidents.
