Good morning in the news this morning. Authorities say several people were stabbed on the campus of Lincoln University in Chester County.

The incident was first reported at 9.30 in the evening Wednesday on the 1,500 block of Baltimore Pike.

Three stabbing victims were taken to Christiana Hospital in Wilmington, Delaware.

Their conditions are not known at this time.

Police cars and an ambulance could be seen surrounding the scene

and authorities were focused on a pile of debris on the lawn.

In an email sent to students Wednesday night,

the university said Chester County detectives were looking for a person of interest.

Police are investigating what led to the stabbing.

A fuel tanker crash caused a traffic nightmare on the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Fort Washington on Wednesday night.

It happened just after 5 p.m. when the truck overturned and spilled an unknown amount of fuel on the eastbound lanes of the turnpike near mile marker 337.

The fuel tanker was on its side and a bed of foam as crews worked to contain the leak.

The crash brought the eastbound and westbound lanes of the highway to a complete halt.

Oh, man.

Yeah, they shut down both sides, and it was closed for about 12 hours.

Yeah.

What a freaking nightmare.

Officials urged stranded motorists who needed assistance or fuel at the time to dial Star 11 from their cell phone

and provide the dispatcher with the mile post location and vehicle description.
