Good morning. In the news this morning, Philadelphia police found a man's body dumped in a trash can,

and officers were led to the scene after a teen reported the gruesome discovery to school officials on Tuesday.

Officials say that the teen girl, whose sources identify as the victim's ex-girlfriend, told school officials about a body in a trash can at 6th in Rockland Street, Nalney.

We were notified by an official from a school that there was a

child reporting that sometime around Christmas break or slightly after Christmas, she was aware of a

homicide that occurred, said Acting Police Commissioner Christine Coulter. I'm sure she has information

as to who was with her at the time. Apparently, she was a witness to the homicide. The teen may have

played a role in getting the victim to arrive at the scene.

A source says that the teen told police her current boyfriend and his friends beat and stabbed the victim to death.

Sources also say the suspect stabbed another man, but he played dead and was able to get away.

Wow.

Yeah, two people were questioned by Philadelphia detectives Tuesday night, but no arrest have been made anyone with

information. They're asking that you contact police.

Penn State football coach, James Franklin and several players have been named in a federal

lawsuit filed by a former player, which includes allegations of hazing and then retaliation

after it was reported. The player Isaiah Humphreys alleges in the complaint that he was subject to a physical restraint, simulation of sexual acts and threats from other players. I'm going to Sandusky, you apparently was said to him. Jerry Sandusky, a former Penn State coach is serving a prison sentence after his conviction on child sex abuse charges in 2012. Former teammates Damien Barber, Micah Parsons, Uter Gross-Miteos, and Jesse Lucchata were named in the lawsuit,

which was filed in U.S. Middle District Court on Monday.

Humphreys claims that the four players collectively orchestrated, participated in,

and facilitated a campaign to harass and haze lower classmen of the Penn State
