Jared Polan Froano's Photo.com and welcome to episode number 261 of the Not So Daily Fro where I sit down sometime, sometime and share what's on my mind with you and you can share what's on your mind with me by calling or texting 267-4546376. That is the text and voicemail line. I am still figuring out what I want to do when it comes to

0:24.1

podcasting. Do I want to do it daily? Obviously no, because I just don't want to sound like I'm

0:29.6

complaining nonstop and just doing like a short podcast, but I need to stop worrying and just do what

0:35.8

I'm going to do because that's why we're here.

0:38.2

I have a couple of different topics to talk about today.

0:40.9

I've got something to talk about my local neighborhood.

1:23.5

coming in have been local businesses. But as an area grows and companies start to look to move in,

1:31.5

you start to get the change. You start to get something like a Starbucks wanting to move in

1:36.6

and be in the main neighborhood. Now, I'm in a place called Fish Town. Now, Fish Town is kind of like

1:43.9

Brooklyn was maybe 20 years ago.

1:45.7

It's on the up and coming or the overcoming. It's already here, basically. So we have all the

1:51.5

coffee shops and the restaurants. We've got amazing food in the neighborhood. We've got amazing music.

1:56.8

We've got art. We've got hipsters. We've got old people. We've got people with kids. There's a lot of stuff going on in the neighborhood. And there's a bunch of coffee shops high end. You've got La Cologne, which was local. The first one was in Pennsylvania, in Philadelphia. And now their home office is in Fishtown as well. It's a massive, basically a massive coffee shop where they have their offices and facilities,
