We will start with the breaking injury news.

The Parker Meadows incident from yesterday.

We have official evaluations, broken arm and a concussion, an absolutely brutal sequence of events for the Detroit Tigers.

If you didn't see that collision, I would advise against it.

It is really quite brutal, but he's going to be certainly on the IEL for an extended period of time.

Jeremiah Estrada has hit the 15-day IL with elbow tendonitis, always dangerous.

When if you see any pitching injury involving an elbow, hopefully it is not too severe and he

should be able to come back relatively soon, but we don't know too much further information.

Speaking of horrible injuries, Griffin Conine, a torn hamstring.

Yes, a torn hamstring.

As of now, he is on the 15-day IL that may be moved up to a 60-day I-L stint,

depending on the severity of the injury.

And the silver lining is that if you are a owner of Owen Kaisi,

he is likely to stick around in the Major League lineup, probably much more as the Marlins

are really desperate for outfield help.

Moving on though to Brent Rooker, who has an update on him.

He has a strained oblique and is going to be on the 10-day I-L for that. Again,
