Let's get into everything baseball related from Friday, April 3rd, starting, of course,

with the news and notes.

Injuries, unfortunately, we talked about a little bit on the last pod.

Sorry, Diamondbacks fans, you're going to need a little bit more of a wait for the jordan lala breakout he is out six to eight weeks with a fractured wrist

which is just a terrible break after he hit his first career home run but yeah this is a rough start to the diamond back season this does not help

byron boston exited today's game with a right forearm contusion.

He was nailed in the right forearm with a stray pitch.

Seems to be okay.

Day-to-day injury there, but something to keep an eye on.

Bailey Falter gets to the 10-day IEL, but the big one perhaps today.

Cade Horton comes out of his start against the guardians with a right forearm discomfort

goes on the 15 day IL after just one inning pitched.

So nothing too major on the injury fronts most likely, but definitely some concerns to be aware of.

So make sure to check your ILs for today.
