Let's dive into everything baseball related from Sunday, March 29th.

We'll start it off, as always with the transactions transactions, injuries, news, and notes from around the league.

Kick it off with the bad news.

And actually, there's none this week or today.

There's none today.

We got lucky with no IL placements today.

So we'll jump right into the transactions and start with the Orioles who made a pair of trades on Sunday, acquiring outfielder

Jonathan Rodriguez from the twins and relief pitcher Javian Sandridge from the Angels.

Neither have gotten real opportunities in the big leagues, but both have shown potential with

the outfielder Rodriguez displaying 30 homer pop in the minors and the reliever Sandridge,

sitting 95 from the left side with strikeout upside.

Both of these guys will likely play some sort of factor into the Orioles Major League squad this year.

In other trade news, the Marlins acquired second baseman Leo Jimenez via trade with the Marlins in exchange

for minor league infielder Dubbleed. I realized I just said they traded with the Marlins. The

Marlins acquired Jimenez from the Blue Jays in exchange for dub Glead, which is an 80 grade name.

Never heard dub or glead as a first or last name for that matter. So pretty interesting there.

There's no clear path to playing time for Leo Jimenez in Miami though. So it will be interesting

to see what the Marlins plan is with Jimenez. Lastly, first baseman Andrus Shaparo was optioned
