That's my chest, rising and falling, my belly, drawing out the joy, the wonder, the miracles.

You are a miracle, and there are so many lying dormant in you.

I declare that they are no longer asleep.

Your purpose is no longer shrouded.

You are no longer confused.

Your help has come. Lift up your eyes. That single

vision and feel the peace come into you, into your awareness, into your mind, the thoughts, the

anxiety, the worries about tomorrow are gone. I'm here.
