I feel that recoil, that doubt, that glossing over that you do when you hear this voice tell you to pray in spirit,

to pray not with your own words or with your own understanding or with what you think you need,

the intercession that you think you require, but to surrender, not just that situation, but the prayer itself.

Let me take over. Not just your life, but the praying itself. When you let go into this joy that's

already here into this effortless joy, it becomes effortless tongues. It becomes effortless intercession. It becomes powerful. You sing

in a language you do not understand. You pray for things that you didn't know you needed, that you

didn't know your friends needed, strangers needed, but you get to watch watch me perform miracles all around you. Jobs get found.

Work is restored. Health is renewed. People come into me, into the kingdom because of you. And I let you see.

I pull the veil back. You'll have more and more moments like that,

the more and more you pray, even if you only prayed for a moment in the spirit. That moment holds

more power than all the moments of you praying with your own understanding. You could change

not just your life, but everyone around you, their lives change. The more you pray in spirit, I told you

to pray ceaselessly. I told you that rivers of living water would flow from your belly. That's what this is.

I'm what that is. I gave you my spirit so that you may pray. That is your purpose. Awareness of me that bubbles over, that spills

out and becomes these rivers, that feeds and nourishes and cleanses and washes. I'm washing

your feet right now. I've made you holy. I've prepared you for this moment. Open your mouth. I will

feel it. I love you.
