he's had his life is quite interesting he's done a lot of different things he's

been in the music business he's part of Southern foodway Alliance he was also

on both our seasons of ugly delicious one of my favorite favorite people

great podcast we did and he has a two-year-old son and he's just a cool cat

and someone that just drops knowledge in ways that I think is is interesting and

it's to me amazing to see him at a dad as a dad because it's like another

layer of of lowless that I just never saw before so it's a fun podcast so
