And don't forget, you can read my work on ESPN.com. So today I'm joined by Clemson coach Davos Sweeney to talk about new commander's receiver Antonio Williams. Of course,

0:39.3

he's going to be very high on him, as you would expect. But it's always the insight I get from

0:44.0

these coaches about why they like a player. What is it that they can tell you about him from the

0:48.7

competitive aspect? From a growth standpoint, I think that's where dabble is really good talking

0:53.5

about Antonio is, hey, he came in here and did this as a freshman, but to Dabo, it wasn't good enough. And so how did Williams respond? Well, I think that's why he's now in Washington as a third round pick. So, and what he thinks he can do in the NFL, but also listen to what he said about how he compares Williams to other great receivers he's had in the past. So anyways, so stay tuned for that. I don't have a whole lot else to talk about, but this week is the week of the rookie mini camp. So the media will be able to be out there on Friday, and so I will be out there on Friday. We get one shot to look at them. I know everybody always wants to say, well, how do these undrafted guys look? It's really hard to tell how the draft picks look, let alone the undrafted, because you only get so much time to really watch them. And you're going to focus on Sonny Stiles, Antonio Williams, just the guys that you know, like, who are the guys that have a chance? You need to get the first impression of those guys first to get a real impression. Like I can watch a guy for a couple of plays, like, oh, wow, but you don't really know. Like, I want to see how Sunny Stiles moves. I want to see how Antonio Williams moves and what they do. And the quarterback, like guys that a little bit, you know, his draft picks are going to be jumping out like, and also like Joshua like Joshua Joseph, how does he move? What does he look like, right? All those kind of things. But there will be some undraft is there. They have not announced the undrafted signings as of this recording because they're not in town yet. And so they, even though that you hear a lot that all these guys have signed, they haven't signed. They're going to sign when they come in. Jeffrey Embas, the one guy who was signed because he had to come in because they had to get the visa process started since he's got the French citizenship. So anyways, that's where they had to bring him in last week to get him signed. The other ones will come in and sign their deals when they get here. But that's what we'll be out there this week. And I do like getting the first impression of guys because it's instructive to see, okay, what is it you saw here? And then what is it you see here? And where is the growth? Like, and sometimes you might see a guy who's like, I remember when Bashad Breeling came in and how handsy he was at times with playing defense and it carried over. But anyways, all this, I'll get into all that later in the week. But that's all we have going on this weekend. I will have another episode of a podcast, but not until I'm going to give it a couple days. So I'll probably have it out Wednesday night slash Thursday morning. And then we'll have another one after the rookie mini camp on Friday night.
