Welcome back around the global campfire.

It is fantastic to be here with you today.

We're like, we're kind of bringing in the week.

We're definitely bringing in the work week for landing, but

from the very, very back half, right, of the week, we'll land it tomorrow.

I'm grateful for this week.

I'm grateful for every week that we get to spend together.

I'm not always grateful for the week.

Like there's highs and lows, peaks and valleys, challenges and victories.

That seems to be the nature of life, at least mine.

I suppose everybody's, I think everybody's, at least everybody that I know.

So I trust that this week is sailing along smoothly for you,

and that will bring it in for a good, smooth, non-turbulent landing tomorrow. But we're here now and we're here to take the next

step forward. And we are working through the prophets, the major prophets right now in the Old

Testament. And we are well underway in the book of Jeremiah.

Today, we'll read chapter 14, verse 11 through 16, verse 15.

Then the Lord said to me, Do not pray for the well-being of this people.
